Expert opinion on the Health Professions Act

At the beginning of the year, Dr. Gregori Werder wrote a legal opinion on the implementation of the Health Professions Act for the attention of the Health Department of the Canton of Zurich. We are pleased that the Canton of Zurich has developed an "implementation practice that is as unbureaucratic as possible" based on this and in close consultation with the associations of the relevant professional groups.
