Representation of investors vis-à-vis Wendelspiess Partner

In its broadcast on January 21, 2025, Kassensturz reported on a pensioner who had her entire assets managed by the asset manager Wendelspiess Partners AG. The person's assets had been invested in a single fund that was in serious financial difficulties. According to Kassensturz, in the worst case scenario, the investor could face a total loss.

Inside Paradeplatz also reported on the case and informed that FINMA had opened enforcement proceedings. In the meantime, Wendelspiess Partners AG has been declared bankrupt(SOGC publication of March 7, 2025).
