Marcel Boller has exptensive experience advising pharmaceutical and medtech companies on legal matters throughout the entire product lifecycle - from development and market authorization to surveillance and reimbursement.

He supports his clients with both strategic and operational issues in Swiss healthcare law, particularly in regulatory proceedings before Swissmedic and the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), in pricing negotiations and in the implementation of integrity rules, pharmacovigilance and compliance systems.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Marcel Boller is editor of the specialist journal Life Science Law and a lecturer in therapeutic products law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law.
