Marcel Boller advises pharmaceutical and medtech companies on all regulatory and commercial law issues along the entire product life cycle. His work includes in particular the authorization, market surveillance and remuneration of medicinal products and medical devices in Switzerland.

He also supports companies in matters relating to integrity and compliance requirements under therapeutic products law, pharmacovigilance and contractual and competition law issues.

Another focus of his work is digital health and telemedicine law, in particular in the area of data regulation, AI in medicine and remote treatment.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Marcel Boller is editor of the legal journal "Life Science Law", lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and President of the Velosuisse industry association.
