The core work of Matthias Bürge lies in M&A transactions (company acquisitions and disposals, restructuring). He also has extensive experience in advising both banks and borrowers in connection with complex project and acquisition financing (structured finance). Matthias Bürge advises on all areas of corporate law, contract law, debt recovery and insolvency law. He also represents his clients in court and before administrative authorities in these fields.
